durqo.

From completed sale to your account

You made the sale. Here’s how the payout works.

From the moment your order is marked complete to the money landing with your payout provider — exactly what Durqo deducts, when you can request it, and what each status means.

A flat Success Fee — 10% under $50k, 7% from $50k–$250k, 5% above $250k
Available to Withdraw is already net of the fee — no surprise deduction later
Payout requests are normally reviewed within an estimated 3–5 business days
Escrow.com sales pay you directly — never through Durqo's own withdrawal system

When it becomes eligible

A sale has to be marked complete first.

An order only counts toward your available balance once its status is Completed — and that only happens one of two ways.

The buyer approves the transfer

Once every asset is marked Received and the 7-day inspection window is still open, the buyer clicks Approve Transfer. That’s the normal path to Completed. See the full Transfer Room flow →

An admin resolves a dispute in your favor

If the buyer reported an issue and Durqo’s review decides the transfer was fine, the order is moved to Completed the same way an approval would. See how disputes get resolved →

Neither the buyer nor the seller can mark an order Completed directly — it only happens through one of these two flows.

Durqo’s Success Fee

One flat rate, based on the sale price.

The rate applies to the entire final sale price — it’s a flat lookup, never a marginal, tax-bracket-style calculation.

Under $50,00010%
$50,000 – $250,0007%
Over $250,0005%

Example: a $180,000 sale falls in the $50,000–$250,000 tier, so the fee is 7% of $180,000 — not 10% on the first $50,000 and 7% on the rest.

Payout methods

Six ways to get paid, three with their own cap.

bKash, Rocket and Nagad each carry their own independent daily and monthly limit — using one doesn’t count against the other two. Bank Transfer, PayPal and Wise have no cap.

Bank Transfer

No daily or monthly cap

bKash

Up to ৳50,000/day · ৳300,000/month

Rocket

Up to ৳50,000/day · ৳300,000/month

Nagad

Up to ৳50,000/day · ৳300,000/month

PayPal

No daily or monthly cap

Wise

No daily or monthly cap

A single order worth more than a method’s cap isn’t a dead end — it can be claimed gradually, split across several requests over time until it’s fully withdrawn.

The one exception

Escrow.com sales don’t go through this system.

If a sale went through Escrow.com, Escrow.com pays you directly once it releases the funds — Durqo never creates a second payout for that order. Those orders are excluded from your Durqo balance entirely, so double-check what Escrow.com has already paid you before assuming an order is still waiting on a Durqo withdrawal.

Requesting your payout

One request, nine possible statuses.

There’s no amount field to fill in — a request claims whatever’s actually available, oldest orders first. The normal path runs straight through:

Requested
Under review
Approved
Processing
Paid

Durqo normally reviews and processes an eligible request within an estimated 3–5 business days — never a guaranteed arrival date, since the destination bank or payout provider can add its own time on top. Four other statuses can branch off that path:

Action required

Durqo needs something from you — usually a payout-detail fix. The 3–5 day clock pauses until it's resolved.

On hold

A dispute or compliance check paused the request. The clock pauses here too, same as Action required.

Rejected

The request didn't go through. Any orders it had claimed are released back into your available balance.

Cancelled

You can cancel it yourself — but only while it's still Requested or Under review, before Durqo starts processing it.
