How to sell

From listing to payout, step by step.

Here’s exactly what happens when you sell a digital business on Durqo: how listings are reviewed, how a sale closes, and how you get paid.

The selling process

Eight steps, start to finish.

Nothing is charged until your business actually sells, and every listing goes through a real, manual review before it publishes. Curious what your business might be worth first? Get a free valuation before you list.

01

Create your seller account

Sign up with your email and confirm your account. It's free to join and free to list, with no upfront charge.

02

Verify your identity (optional)

Upload an ID document from your seller dashboard. Once Durqo's team reviews and approves it, your profile shows a Verified badge that buyers trust. The public badge is optional, but this same identity check is required before your very first payout - see Step 08.

03

Build your listing

Add your business details, financials and story, then write a Questions & Answers section to answer common buyer questions upfront. Quick Statistics are generated from the information you provide, and you can connect Google Analytics for a GA Verified badge that adds extra credibility.

04

Submit for review

Durqo's team manually reviews every submission for accuracy and completeness before it goes live. We'll email you as soon as a decision is made.

05

Talk with interested buyers

Once published, your listing is visible to every buyer on Durqo. Reply to public questions from your dashboard's Comments page, and handle private conversations and offers from your dashboard inbox.

06

Hand over the assets in your Transfer Room

When a buyer purchases your listing, their payment is collected and held, and you’re both taken to a shared Transfer Room, also listed under Asset Transfers in your dashboard. Mark each asset In Progress, then Submitted as you hand it over one by one. The buyer then has an inspection window to check everything before approving. Message them directly from the room if you need to.

07

Get approved for payout

Once the buyer marks every item Received and clicks Approve Transfer, the sale is confirmed complete and your payout becomes eligible. If they click Report an Issue instead, nothing is released automatically. Your payout stays on hold while Durqo’s team reviews the evidence and decides what happens next.

08

Request your payout

Once your payout becomes eligible, request a withdrawal from your Earnings page. Before your very first request, you'll need to have completed the identity verification (KYC) from Step 03, and the account holder name you enter must match your verified legal name, which Durqo checks by hand before approving each payout. Durqo's applicable success fee is deducted according to the existing fee logic, and eligible payout requests are normally reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days.

Where your payout actually gets earned

The Transfer Room

Once a buyer pays, you don’t just wait for a payout to appear. You and the buyer share a Transfer Room where you hand over every asset in the open, and what happens there is what decides your payout.

You mark it In Progress, Submitted

As you hand over each asset, one at a time.

Buyer inspects, marks it Received

During their inspection window.

Buyer clicks Approve Transfer

The sale is final, and your payout becomes eligible.

If the buyer clicks Report an Issue instead of approving, your payout stays on hold, and nothing releases automatically until Durqo’s team reviews the evidence.

Getting paid

Withdraw your earnings, your way.

Once a sale is complete, request a withdrawal from your seller dashboard. Identity verification (KYC) is required before your very first withdrawal, and the account holder name you enter must match your verified legal name, which Durqo checks by hand as part of reviewing every payout request. bKash, Rocket and Nagad withdrawals are each capped at ৳50,000 per day and ৳300,000 per month, based on that day’s exchange rate. See Buy and Sell Digital Businesses in BDT for the exact conversion rate applied to BDT payouts.

Processing time: Normally 3–5 business days.
